The 4 Person is a beast and not easy to build. You will absolutely want to pay extra for the white-glove installation if possible.

If the white glove installation isn't a preferred option:

• You will need two-three people to assemble but more will speed up the process.
• It will take atleast a couple of hours to build.
• The sauna requires 240V and a dedicated 30A circuit so professional installation by a licensed electrician is required.

Although on a dedicated circuit the founder told me that the sauna costs about $1 per session to operate, which is extremely reasonable for something this large and powerful.

Ease of Use

Before stepping inside, I grabbed my Trifield EMF meter to confirm whether the sauna lives up to its “lowest EMF on the market” claim. An EMF typical safe range is between 3-5mG and most readings landed around 0.3-1.0 mG. This is genuinely one of the lowest-EMF saunas I’ve ever tested. If you stand directly infront of the red light therapy device it will be higher but remains very low from a feet or so away. There will also be a hot spot near wiring, but this is common in all saunas. To get the EMF's so low the founder explained they use both grounded heaters and a faraday cage integrated into the roof, which are both expensive and difficult to engineer.

My Experience

I started my session and barley lasted 5 minuted before I was pooling with sweat. The combination of the red light therapy, red and near infrared light, massive heater converage and large heat volume meant it was one of the deepest, fastest detox sweats I’ve ever experienced. I was suprised it was so intense because of the size of the sauna but with the red light therapy it was super effecient.

Maintenance, Pricing and Warranty

Because the wood is light, you’ll want to lay a towels on the floor to prevent dirt stains, especially if you walk around barefoot like me. A towel also protects the wood from sweat, moisture buildup, and potential mold issues. Other than that, maintenance is minimal.
