Bellicon Review: Is This $800 Rebounder Worth It?

In this review, I’ll break down what makes the Bellicon so different, how it compares to other rebounders, my personal experience, and most importantly whether it’s really worth the price.

When I first heard about the Bellicon rebounder, I thought: $800 for a mini trampoline? No way. But after testing it against cheaper models and using it consistently for months, I can honestly say it’s one of the most surprising and best health investments I’ve ever made.

How Did I Get Into Rebounding?

I first came across rebounding from Tony Robbins. I saw that he was using it before he got on stage, after he got on stage and first thing in the morning, and thought well if he loves it so much maybe I should try it. So about 6 years ago I went on to Amazon, bought myself one of those cheap rebounders, and told myself that I was going to make a habit out of it. This was of course short-lived. Every time I bounced, I felt my spine compressing, and the only thing I was getting from it was disappointment.

Eventually, my rebounder broke, and it went into "early retirement" in my house. Several months ago though, YouTube served me a video about rebounding, and it reignited my curiosity. If I was going to commit, I was going to go all in and I didn't want to use one of those cheap, poorly made ones again. So I reached out to some of the top rebounder companies to see if they'd be interested in featuring in a comparison video (You can watch the video here).

I received several rebounders but it wasn’t until I bounced on a Bellicon Rebounder that everything changed. The quality made all the difference and I've used it ever since.

What Makes the Bellicon Different?

The standout feature of the Bellicon is its patented bungee technology, engineered in Germany. The bungees stretch three times longer than traditional rebounder bungees, creating an ultra-smooth, elastic bounce that doesn’t stress your joints.

  • Joint-Friendly Bounce – Soft, “buttery” elasticity that feels amazing on your body.
  • Customizable Bungees – Choose strength based on your weight and bounce preference (I went with the bounciest option).
  • Steel Frame & Durable Mat – Feels rock solid, won’t sag, and doesn’t squeak.
  • Virtually Silent – A huge win if you live in an apartment or share a home.

Even when I had friends try different rebounders blind, every single one chose the Bellicon.

And it wasn't just me who had the same experience. I had a bunch of my friends come over and I didn't tell them anything about the different style of rebounders. And I just said, "Just bounce on them and tell me how you feel" and every single one chose the Bellicon.

Design & Customization

One of the coolest aspects of the Bellicon is the ability to customize everything:

  • Multiple sizes (39inch, 44 inch or 49 inch)
  • Bungee strength (gentle to ultra strong)
  • Bungee colors
  • Mat colors
  • Mat softness
  • Foldable vs. fixed legs
  • Support handles

I really recommend getting the bigger size. I got the 44 inch and I regret not getting the 49 inch. On the bigger one, you have more room to do all the things you want to do and it's just more fun. So, if you're going to make an investment, I highly recommend that you get the bigger one.

Warranty & Durability

Bellicon has been perfecting rebounders for over 25 years, and it shows. They back it up with:

  • 5-year warranty on the frame
  • 1-year warranty on the mat and bungees

From what I’ve seen in comment sections and reviews, many owners have had their Bellicon for 10, 15, even 20 years. You may have to replace bungees occasionally, but the rebounder itself is built to last. And in my experience, they have excellent customer support. So, if you need help with anything or anything breaks, you can call them or email them and you'll be in good hands.

My Experience After Months of Use

Here’s what I’ve noticed using the Bellicon consistently:

  • Instant Energy Boost – A quick 5–10 minute bounce resets my mood.
  • Active Recovery – Helps flush soreness, improve circulation, and speed up recovery after workouts.
  • Daily “Exercise Snacks” – Easy to squeeze in between calls or when I need movement during work-from-home days.
  • Detox Support – Great for stimulating lymphatic flow, which is key for detoxification from heavy metals and mold.
  • Joy Factor – Honestly, it just makes me happy. Put on music, start bouncing, and it’s hard to feel stressed.
  • Easy to put away - Because I have the fold up legs, I'm able to fold the legs and put it in the cloest or under the bed.

With the other rebounders I tried, I had no desire to actually keep rebounding but when I tried the Bellicon I was like "Hey, I think I'm actually going to use this". So I think if you're into rebounding and you're ready for the upgrade because you've been doing it for a while and you like it, then this is definitely something to look at.

The Downsides

No product is perfect, and the Bellicon does have a few cons to be aware of:

  • Price – $800+ is very steep for a rebounder.
  • Weight – Built from solid steel, so it’s heavy to move around.
  • Setup – Harder to assemble than cheaper rebounders (it may be better you to pay extra to get it pre-assembled).

One of the biggest factors to consider when thinking about buying a Bellicon is will I actually use it. $800 for a rebounder is kind of intense but if you use it consistently and it last 10 to 20 years then it'll be a worthwhile investment.

Who the Bellicon Is For (And Who It Isn’t)

Great for you if:

  • You work from home and want quick, energizing breaks.
  • You want a joint-friendly, low-impact exercise that’s actually enjoyable.
  • You’re committed to rebounding as part of your lifestyle.
  • You like owning the best gear and are willing to invest in your health.

Not for you if:

  • You’re on a tight budget.
  • You’re new to rebounding and just testing the waters.
  • You don’t have much floor space or don’t want to move a heavy piece of equipment.

Is the $800 Bellicon Worth It?

If you’re serious about rebounding, the Bellicon is hands-down the best rebounder I’ve tested. The bounce is smoother, the build is sturdier, and the experience is so enjoyable that you’ll actually want to use it, something I couldn’t say about cheaper models.

It’s not for everyone, but if you plan to rebound regularly and want a high end mini trampoline that will last then the the Bellicon is 100% worth it.

If you’re still unsure, I recommend watching my full rebounder comparison video where I test rebounders at all different price points.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

Is the Bellicon rebounder worth it?

Yes, if you plan to rebound regularly. The build quality, patented bungee system, and longevity make it a worthwhile investment compared to cheaper models you won’t use or that wear out quickly.

How long will a Bellicon last?

With proper care, the frame can last decades. The bungees may need replacing every few years, depending on usage, but many people report using their Bellicon for 10–20 years.

What size Bellicon should I get?

If you have the space, go with the larger 49-inch model. The extra room makes workouts more versatile and enjoyable. The 44-inch is still great, but I personally wish I had gone bigger.

Is the Bellicon noisy?

No. Unlike cheaper spring-based trampolines or even some bungee rebounders, the Bellicon is virtually silent, making it perfect for apartments or shared living spaces.

Does rebounding build bone density?

Yes, the small amounts of pressure on bones from rebounding can help them grow stronger and increase bone density.
