Kyle Lasota, founder
I've been living like this for more than a decade. It started because I got sick, but honestly, that's not why I kept going. I kept going because I found out how good life gets when you feel good. Better mornings. Deeper sleep. More energy for the people I love.
The sickness was mold, in my early twenties. It took years and over $250,000 to work out what was wrong and what actually helped. What I learned is that most people don't need more products; they need the right information at the right time. So that's what this is now: how I live, what I've learned, and the things worth bringing home.
In 2020 I wrote down why I'm building this: make it cool and sexy to live healthy and be well. So much of health and wellness is stressful and serious.
And I've lived that way, but from what I learned, wellness is really about coming home to who you really are and returning to what it really means to be human.
This is the other version.
